Be aware of light and space
Be Sensitised to light 'in the mind's eye'
Observe the light between things
When we are stressed we become narrowly focused
We see solid things with ‘heavy’ energies
This practice helps us see the light in-between
Look at a tree or other shape, noticing the light around it
Close your eyes and keep the image of what you saw in your minds eye
Remove the shape of objects from your mind’s eye, leaving only light
